Providing personal data is always voluntary, but necessary in order to subscribe to our newsletter, make a complaint or contact us.
We guarantee the confidentiality of any personal data made available to us. We ensure that all security measures and personal data protection required by provisions of the Act on the Protection of personal data are taken. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons.

Wunderbuilt Systems Inc, Canada - in order to use Usebasin for our contact form. The data collected by the contact form is transferred to Wunderbuilt Systems Inc. in Canada for the sole purpose of forwarding it to SARL UnlimitDesign's email address.
Disqus, 717 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94103 - in order to provide commenting capability on our blog posts. The data collected by Disqus is handled directly by Disqus and not by SARL UnlimitDesign. Newsletter. By subscribing to our newsletter, you provide us with your personal data such as your name and e-mail address. We process this data in order to send you our newsletter. In this case, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent expressed by selecting an adequate check box when subscribing to the newsletter.
The data provided in the newsletter subscription form will be stored in the mailing system database for the duration of the website activity, unless you decide unsubscribe which will result in deleting the data from the database.
Complaints. If you submit a complaint, you provide us with data contained therein. We process this data in order to complete the complaint procedure. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fulfilment of our legal obligations related to the complaint procedure.
E-mail contact. By contacting us through e-mail, you provide us with your name and e-mail address which shall be associated with the sender and any other personal information included in the message. Analysis and statistics. We use Google Analytics, which employs cookies to track website statistics, such as number of visitors, the type of operating system use, web browser used to browse the website, time spent on the website, visited subpages, etc. Collected information is completely anonymous and does not allow your identification.

Comment system. We use Disqus commenting system, which employs the use of Disqus Inc. cookies. Disqus offers a strong Do Not Track (DNT) framework. This includes both honoring DNT settings from browsers and allowing users to opt-out of tracking within Disqus for targeted advertising and content recommendations.
Currently, users with Disqus accounts can update their settings to opt-out of tracking across all devices and browsers where they are logged in. Logged-out users or readers without Disqus accounts can also opt-out of tracking for individual browsers.
Marketing tools. We use MailChimp mailing system in order to create mailing lists. As a result, Rocket Science Group cookies are used in connection for the MailChimp service.
Our website is served by Netlify Inc, whom collects access logs including the IP addresses of our site visitors that stored for less than 30 days.
